Alhaji Mohammed joins US Monastir

US Monastir has made another signing one month before the start of the BAL. The 38-year old shooting guard Alhaji Mohammed has signed with the Tunisian champion. Mohammed is both Ghanian and American.

Mohammed played college for Ventura and Louisville and started his pro career in 2004. Since then, he has played for several clubs around the world. Monastir will be his 14th professional team. He is a one-time Hungarian League champion and two-time Romanian League champion. There he was also named Finals MVP in 2013 and 2014.

Last season he played with Cluj-Napoca in Romania. Mohammed joins a Monastir team that has already signed Andre Washington III, Chris Crawford and last week Ater Majok.
